Data we process
This website has no forms. The buttons only open your own WhatsApp, phone or Instagram; nothing is sent until you send it. If you write or call, we use your data (name, phone number, message) only to reply and manage your appointment.
Legal basis and retention
Your consent and the client relationship (GDPR art. 6.1.a and 6.1.b). We keep data as long as needed or required by law.
Hosting
The website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. (USA). When you visit, its network logs technical data such as IP address and browser, to serve and protect the site and to count visits (legitimate interest, GDPR art. 6.1.f). Transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards (EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or standard contractual clauses).
